Two staff members at work in a calm, bright office: a man in teal scrubs reading a notebook at one marble-topped desk, and a woman working at her computer at the other.

Staff Resources

Internal reference material for the people who run the Agency. Everything here is a teaching aid built from the Policy & Procedure manual — useful for finding your way around it quickly, and never a substitute for it.

This page is open; everything it links to is not. Each Field Reference has its own password, issued only to the person holding that position. The procedures share one clinical-staff password. Ask the Administrator for the one you need, and please do not pass it on. One quirk worth knowing: the site remembers only the last password you entered, so moving from one locked page to another will ask again.

Field References

Reference guides by role

Each page collects what the manual says about that role in one place — the duties, who backs you up, the reporting lines, the monthly, quarterly and annual cycle, and what to do when something happens. Every item carries its own § so it can be checked against the manual.

Governance, fiscal and compliance authority

The Agency’s day-to-day operating authority: what the Governing Body appoints you to do, what you sign, what only you may authorize, and the full twelve-month calendar behind it.

Director of Clinical Services

Clinical Manager Field Reference

Day-to-day clinical supervision

What is yours, what you share with the DPCS, and what you pick up the moment the DPCS is unreachable — written from your side, not theirs.

Quality assurance and performance improvement

These are training references, not policy. Where a page and the Policy & Procedure manual disagree, the manual governs. Nothing here creates a requirement the manual does not already impose, and no page should be cited as evidence of a control — cite the manual, or the source document a page names.

Found something that looks wrong? Tell the Administrator rather than working around it. These pages are rebuilt from a single source, so a correction made once appears everywhere it belongs.

Practical Procedures

Step-by-step field procedures

Where a Field Reference tells one role what it owns, a procedure tells everyone who performs it how it is actually done here — in order, with the reason, and with the section of the manual each step comes from. Built from the in-service packets, so the page, the training and the competency exam cannot drift apart.
